A VERY VERY Physical match for the Reds. JdF came out hard against us unlike any other team we have seen this season. The ref caught much of it but not all...
This was a game in which the Reds would score three times but only get credit for two of them! Celine had the ball clearly in the Jdf net but the linesman waved it off... thats the way it goes sometime! The Reds played some good football in this game but some moments of lacklustre defending caught them to allow JdF to get on the score board.
Dani was the player of the game scoring a goal, a penalty and a yellow card... (for 'reckless play') . The game took its toll on a number of our players and we hope that with a break they will be able to return to action soon...take it easy for a while C!
Next up the highly anticpated match vs Gorge on November 3rd at LakeHill. Jamie and her team mates have been getting lots of goals this season and are coming up the standings so this will be another important match! Hard to imagine 7 games have already been played this season(+ our 4 tourney matches!)!
