Agility and Strength Training - hour 2

Start with some arm wrestling where you are on one leg and your body can't touch the ground...sounds easy? you try it! The players enjoyed it and got a great work out! Zeke and Kat make circuit training fun each week!
Jumping over a team mate takes some trust! As Zeke said 'PLEASE no injuries before your weekend game'!!!

Great Monday session at Compton Sports Training ladies! We'll be back to working with a soccer ball on Wednesday, likely in the Braefoot school gym.
